On December 8, a representative of the Trade Union of Cua It Aiao Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the company has just implemented a reward round for workers who have completed their work well.
Accordingly, the company has rewarded each worker with 500,000 VND. The bonus for each employee who is a cadre or manager is from 1.6 - 3 million VND.
This is a bonus for all workers who have united and worked with the company to complete production on time to meet customer requirements.
Receiving the bonus, workers were happy and excited. Mr. Danh Thanh Sang (28 years old, from Ca Mau), shared: "Recently, our job has been very stable, with a monthly income of 10-14 million VND. I am very happy to receive this bonus from the company, because 500,000 VND is very valuable to workers. We have more money to spend in life at the end of the year".
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union, the company has also encountered many difficulties due to the general situation in the world, however, the company has also found solutions to cope.
On the side of the grassroots trade union, the unit has encouraged workers and strived to compete in labor production. Call on workers to unite with the company to complete the work to keep orders and find new orders. In addition, it is recommended that when workers complete their work well, the enterprise will also have rewards to encourage employees.
Ms. Le Thi Huong added that the company has enough orders for production workers until the end of 2025. "Up to this point, the company's orders have not been affected. The factories organize production all days of the week, maintaining jobs for over 1,000 workers," said Ms. Le Thi Huong.
It is known that the company's Trade Union is currently preparing a plan to take care of Tet for union members. The Trade Union also recommended that the company soon have a Tet bonus plan to encourage employees.
