On December 12, Mr. Vu Quang Sang - Chairman of EVNGENCO3 Trade Union said that in recent years, EVNGENCO3 Trade Union has always focused on promoting the creative labor emulation movement, helping union members and workers improve their skills, promote initiatives, and improve techniques applied in practice to improve work efficiency.
From 2023 to present, workers and civil servants of EVNGENCO3 have had 273 initiatives, technical improvements, and production rationalization recognized and applied. Some initiatives have high profitable value, bring efficiency, save time, costs and be proactive in production.
Among them, one initiative was awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, three initiatives were awarded the "Creative Labor" certificate by the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union and three typical advanced individuals were commended at the 5th Patriotic Emulation Congress of Vietnam Electricity Group in 2025.
According to Mr. Vu Quang Sang, through the emulation campaigns, it has created an exciting atmosphere and strong motivation for workers to strive their best, overcome difficulties and challenges to be determined to successfully complete all tasks of EVNGENCO3 and its units, contributing to the overall development of Vietnam Electricity Group.
At the same time, it has continuously improved the material and spiritual life of workers.
