In the period of 2023 - 2025, the patriotic emulation movement and emulation and reward work at all levels of Ho Chi Minh City Trade Unions have had many positive changes, with the goal of encouraging workers and civil servants to be creative and enthusiastic in emulation in work, labor and production. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the appreciation of workers in direct production, grassroots union officials, cadres, civil servants, and public employees who do not hold leadership or management positions.
In particular, the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" is the focus and focus on promoting potential, creativity, and applying scientific and technological advances to production and business. Thereby, to improve working conditions, improve productivity, product quality, increase income for workers, help businesses stabilize and develop.
Through emulation movements, in the period of 2023 - 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union has recorded 374 projects and products to celebrate political events and major anniversaries of the country.
At the same time, there were nearly 204,000 technical innovation initiatives, scientific research works, and technological process improvements of employees to help improve the working environment, simplify administrative procedures, and unleash labor, with a value of nearly VND 76,891 billion and 174 collectives and 5,564 individuals were commended by all levels.
