On December 3, the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that at this time, businesses in the capital are increasing recruitment demand, focusing mainly on 4 sectors: Trade - services, tourism, processing - manufacturing industry, construction, electronics...
In particular, at the end of the year, the capital's labor market becomes more vibrant as many businesses have a need to recruit workers to serve production and business activities, meeting orders, especially during Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year 2026.
According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in 2025, the Center will conduct 255 job fairs, with 7,642 businesses participating in recruitment with 155,290 targets. The number of workers consulted and provided with labor market information at the session was 159,578.
There were 181,928 people being consulted, while the number of people being consulted for job alone was 71,616. The number of people recruited by the Center (including the organization of job fairs) is 12,805 people.
In November 2026 alone, the Center organized 25 job fairs with 779 units participating in the job fairs and 11,968 recruitment targets. 20,667 workers were consulted and provided with labor market information; 4,903 workers were interviewed and connected to jobs; 1,734 workers were accepted and recruited at the session.
In the coming time, to improve the results of connecting labor supply and demand, the Center will continue to implement a number of solutions to promote the labor market. Accordingly, innovate and modernize the job exchange system, promote the application of information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in analysis, forecasting and connecting labor supply and demand; improve the efficiency of online connection in job creation, promote the effectiveness of the "work seekers, human searches" information channel on the website Vieclamhanoi.net.
In particular, the upcoming opening of the Hanoi City Employment Portal (congvieclam.hanoi.gov.vn) will contribute to effective and quick connections between workers and businesses and employers on digital platforms. This place will create an online trading environment for employees and businesses to apply artificial intelligence in collecting, processing and analyzing labor market information. The system also supports job introduction consulting, labor supply, and human resource trend forecasting, said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center.
