The leader of the Department of Home Affairs said that job connection is a practical solution to support young people in accessing transparent information, helping agencies and businesses choose the right human resources according to market demand and helping state management agencies better orient local labor and employment policies.
Accordingly, the demand for domestic recruitment is from large corporations and enterprises, with more than 14,000 employees.
Recruitment fields from garment, mechanical, electronics, information technology to business, restaurants - hotels, and construction engineering... Income ranges from 8-30 million VND/month, opening up opportunities for workers in the highlands.
In addition, there is a need to recruit more than 2,000 employees to work at enterprises in the province, with an income of 5-23 million VND/month.

For workers working abroad, the recruitment units recruit about 200 targets in traditional and potential markets such as: Japan, the Russian Federation, Qatar, Algeria... Income ranges from 20-45 million VND/month.
According to the Department of Home Affairs, in 2025, Dien Bien province created new jobs for over 9,000 workers, of which 198 workers went to work abroad under contracts.
