Environmental protection technical initiative
On May 18, the "Green - Clean - Beautiful" contest for ideas, initiatives and technical solutions in production and environmental improvement organized by the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks took place enthusiastically with the participation of 8 teams, bringing 8 initiatives from 6 companies.
The contest has the theme "Union members and workers must innovate techniques and protect the environment to confidently enter a new era - the era of national growth".
This is an opportunity for workers to demonstrate their creativity, propose useful technical solutions, contribute to improving the working environment and improving production efficiency.
The ideas that made it to the final round come from many fields, demonstrating their diversity and high applicableity such as Foster Electronics Co., Ltd. (Da Nang) with two initiatives "Reducing energy consumption and reducing CO2" and "Digital transformation in enterprises"; Key tronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. with "Automatic components with Robotics, Improving working conditions for workers";
Vietnam Tokai Co., Ltd. with "Installation of automatic Gate cutting system"; Daiwa Co., Ltd. with "Refining machine for processing surfaces inside fishing rods" and "Improving 2 processing knives to one processing knife"; Murata Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. with "Waste - Community value"; and Da Nang Telala Co., Ltd. with "Making and installing a material conveyor system through vibration and Motor motor separate from the machine structure".
Mr. Bui Minh Vu, Chairman of the Trade Union of Foster Electronics Co., Ltd., expressed his pride that the company has a representative to fully participate in the Festival's activities, including two creative competition teams (both in the final round), a skills competition team and a group participating in the sports competition.
Mr. Vu hopes that the festival will contribute to spreading the spirit of enthusiasm and creativity, while improving skills and labor productivity, thereby building businesses to develop more and more and bringing a better life to workers.
Seeding new ideas
According to the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, the 2025 Workers' Creative Festival has officially opened in Da Nang, creating a useful and meaningful playground for workers in industrial parks and high-tech parks.
This is an activity in a series of events for Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025, organized by the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks. The festival is not only an occasion to honor creativity, but also a place to nurture and develop new ideas, contributing to improving productivity and product quality.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Chairman of the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, emphasized the importance of applying initiatives to production and business reality. He said that effective ideas and solutions will be considered and proposed to be granted a Creative Labor certificate to workers in the coming time.
"We are planning to take creative ideas from workers to apply in practice. Then, through the actual production and business assessment, we made a proposal for the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to consider and issue a Creative Labor certificate to workers in the coming time.
In addition, according to the plan, next year, we will expand the contest, not only in the electronic competition industry but we are also aiming for excellent skills competitions for garment workers in industrial parks" - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung said.
