"The two projects that are behind schedule like this are due to the people's fault. We must be determined to overcome the shortcomings to continue investing in these two important Hospital projects.
The remaining time is very short to be completed this year, putting the 2 Hospitals into operation in accordance with the direction of the Politburo and the General Secretary" - the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
According to the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, those who violate must be strictly handled according to the provisions of the law, but the project is not at fault or at fault. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to invest, implement to put into use and exploitation.
"Continuing to implement investment activities must be in accordance with principles and legal regulations, absolutely not allowing new mistakes, negativity and violations" - the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister added.
In this spirit, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested to continue to invest and implement the project quickly, on schedule and with quality; but not because of quick implementation, it will lead to recklessness, lying, causing negativity, waste and other violations.
