After Tet holidays, most workers and laborers in businesses in Hai Duong province have quickly started working with the expectation that the production and business situation of the enterprise will improve in the new year.
According to the report of 20/20 Trade Unions at the grassroots level, by February 5, 238,294/268,334 (reaching a rate of 89%) of workers returned to work enterprises.
This figure shows the rapid recovery of the labor market after Tet holidays, contributing to the building of harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in businesses in Hai Duong.
The remaining workers are mainly in remote provinces, busy with family work, so they cannot go to work, or those who are on maternity leave, planning to take extra leave before. Therefore, the production activities of companies are not affected and almost return to normal.
According to the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation, the number of workers returning to work after the Tet holiday reached a high rate because trade unions and enterprises at all levels have implemented good policies on wages, bonuses, welfare regimes and diversified forms of caring for workers' lives.
The working style and sense of discipline of workers are increasingly enhanced, helping businesses and units to soon stabilize production and business.
In the early days of production, most companies in Hai Duong province organized activities to welcome workers back to work, spring meetings and give lucky lucky money at the beginning of the year, encourage workers, and create a vibrant working atmosphere.
