During 3 days (from October 15 to 18), delegates including the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Inspection Committee, officers in charge of Accounting and the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union in Tan Hiep district attended a training course on Trade Union work.
This is an opportunity for union officials to exchange, discuss, share experiences, and further promote their roles and responsibilities in performing their tasks. At the same time, it will remove difficulties and obstacles in union activities, aiming to make the movement of workers, civil servants, and union activities of the units stronger, more practical, and achieve high results.
Chairwoman of Tan Hiep District Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Kim Khoe said that this year's training provided union officials with general knowledge, skills and methods of union activities such as: Dissemination of laws; building democratic regulations in agencies and units; building strong union organizations; digital transformation among officials, union members, and employees; emulation and reward work and inspection and supervision of union activities.
In this training course, accountants were provided with basic knowledge of professional skills and union finance; and skills and proficiency in using union accounting software. Thereby, the staff performed well the assigned duties and responsibilities, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
