In the past period, the Trade Union of Ha Bac Garment Export Joint Stock Company has closely coordinated with the broadcasting industry to organize emulation movements to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays in the year with many results.
The company's trade union has coordinated with the enterprise's leaders to organize emulation movements for production labor such as "Excellent Sewing Group" and "Sewing Star Passing" to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the teams. Through the emulation campaigns, experience and teamwork skills have been summarized, effective production models according to specific product lines have been replicated; 31 production teams have been commended and rewarded through the emulation campaigns, with a total reward of 68 million VND.
In the emulation movement to achieve outstanding labor achievements in the year, 889 workers of Ha Bac Company and Minh Duc Branch have excellently completed their tasks and have been commended by the company with a total value of nearly 1.8 billion VND in the past 3 years. 204 workers in Ha Bac achieved the monthly excellent worker achievement, with a total bonus value of 81.6 million VND from January 2023 to October 2025.
At Minh Duc Branch, there are 156 workers with excellent monthly workers, with a total bonus value of VND 62.4 million from September 2023 to October 2025.
The company's trade union coordinates with the professional organization to launch emulation movements to reward initiatives and technical improvements throughout the company. As a result, 45 initiatives have been applied to practical production, bringing high efficiency in productivity and product quality.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Chairman of the company's Trade Union - said that in the past period, the grassroots Trade Union has had 2 individuals receive the "For Trade Union experience" Medal awarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 2 individuals received certificates of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 27 individuals who are trade union officials have received certificates of merit from the Provincial Trade Union and 50 union officials have received certificates of merit from the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union.
At the provincial level, according to the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, in recent years, emulation movements have been widely implemented among workers, civil servants and laborers in the province.
In particular, the emulation movement "Good workers" and "Creative workers" continues to promote its role, affirming the core and consistent values of the Trade Union organization that have been implemented with high efficiency. In the 2023-2025 period, there are 152 projects and products implemented with a total value of VND 614 billion; 9,852 technical innovation initiatives have been applied with a value of VND 8.152 billion.
Recognizing the achievements of trade unions at all levels, the President awarded the Second Class Independence Medal to the Provincial Federation of Labor and awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to 1 collective and 1 individual; the Prime Minister awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals; the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 14 excellent emulation flags and 171 certificates of merit; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded 84 certificates of merit. The Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 123 emulation flags and 2,569 certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements and trade union activities.
