To make the Recruitment Day effective, the Hai Phong Employment Service Center proposes that the People's Committees of communes and wards coordinate to widely disseminate information about the event to workers in the area; mobilize people who need to find jobs to register for recruitment and participate in interviews; and at the same time inform soldiers who have completed their military service and returned to their localities at the beginning of 2026 to participate in the Recruitment Day.
