More than anyone else, Ms. Trang understands the benefits of artificial intelligence, so every day she spends time exploring and learning how to use AI more proficiently.
Artificial intelligence helps us work much faster. There are jobs that had to be meticulously operated on, which used to take a whole day, but now it only takes a few hours to complete, said Ms. Trang.
The female cadre often uses AI to search for information, new ideas, create online reading voices and clearly understand social networking algorithms. According to Ms. Trang, data gathering for reporting only takes half a day when using AI - a task that previously took her at least 1 to 2 days to complete.
Ms. Trang believes that AI is helping her apply information technology and digital transformation easily.
There are many AI applications that currently have to upgrade or pay fees to use high-end features. If the agency has a policy to support upgrading, the work of cadres, civil servants and public employees will certainly be completed quickly and achieve much higher efficiency" - Ms. Trang said.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thien (30 years old) - a commune land officer in Nam Dinh - said that when applying AI, his work has improved a lot compared to before.
I often use AI to simulate shapes and determine land boundaries intuitively when viewing the whole from satellites. This makes superiors quite satisfied because it can be observed more easily" - Mr. Thien said.
Mr. Thien shared that the classification of records for each type of land, area and future land use plan is also arranged and easily searched thanks to AI. When searching and looking up information very quickly, just a few clicks can be completed.
According to the male civil servant, using AI is an inevitable trend, and state agencies cannot stay on the sidelines. "If I don't use the AI application, I will become outdated, slow, affecting work performance and the reputation of the agency" - Mr. Thien said.
Mr. Thien proposed to allow some AI to connect with data of State agencies. If information security is needed, the State should research and develop separate AI to shorten lookup time, reduce operations due to the current need to use a lot of AI to work.
The Ministry of Science and Technology recently issued Official Letter No. 557/BKHCN-CDSQG guiding a number of general principles for civil servants, public employees and employees in State agencies to use large language models (chat AI) for work.
The Ministry of Science and Technology issues guiding documents (abbreviated as the Document).
Agencies and units that need to apply AI chatbot in their work are encouraged to proactively learn and use this Document to deploy and disseminate in their organizations to suit reality. The document helps ensure the safe application of AI and brings practical benefits.
