On November 1, the Con Dao Special Zone Trade Union (HCMC) said that the unit had successfully organized the 1st Conference of Special Zone Trade Union Delegates, term 2025-2030, in an atmosphere of democracy, solidarity and responsibility.
The conference was attended by delegates representing the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, leaders of Con Dao Special Zone and delegates representing all union members working in the special zone.
Since its establishment, the Con Dao Special Zone Trade Union has completed the organizational structure; implemented emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"... Focus on implementing the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers...
The conference agreed to approve the operating targets for the 2025-2030 term; set targets such as: striving to develop new union members each year; introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider... Thereby, building an increasingly strong special union zone, promoting its role as a reliable support for union members and workers, contributing to building a sustainable development of Con Dao special zone.
The conference also announced the decision on personnel, launching the Executive Committee of 9 comrades; in which, Ms. Cao Thi Dung is the Chairwoman of the Trade Union; Ms. Pham Thi My To Uyen is the Vice Chairwoman of the Con Dao Special Zone Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030.
