On November 9, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Vinh Linh Regional General Hospital Trade Union held its 2nd Congress, term 2025-2030. The Congress was attended by representatives of the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation, the Party Committee, the Hospital Board of Directors and all union members and workers in the unit.
The Congress took place in a vibrant competitive atmosphere, towards the 70th anniversary of the Hospital's establishment and growth (19552025) and welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
The report submitted to the Congress comprehensively assessed the results of Trade Union activities for the 2023-2025 term, affirming the core role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of civil servants and workers. The Hospital's grassroots trade union has proactively launched and implemented many exciting emulation movements, contributing to the successful completion of professional tasks, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment and serving the people.
The Trade Union organization truly becomes a reliable bridge between the Party, the government and the workers; a spiritual support for the team of doctors, officers, and employees who are devoted to the health of the community day and night.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the second term, 2025-2030. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Phi - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Hospital will continue to be elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Vinh Linh Regional General Hospital for the new term.
The Congress is an opportunity for union members and workers in the unit to affirm their determination to promote the tradition of solidarity and responsibility, continue to build a strong Trade Union organization, accompanying experts in the cause of caring for, protecting and improving people's health.
