On November 23, the Saigon Tam Duc Dental Clinic Trade Union held its 2nd Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - attended and directed the congress.
In the period of 2023-2025, the grassroots trade union will operate stably, fulfilling its function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights of workers. The Group currently has 148 officers, employees and 50 union members, reaching a rate of 33.78%, and organizing more than 200 professional training courses.
The grassroots union actively cares for the material and spiritual lives of union members, effectively implements emulation movements, participates in social security with more than 20 billion VND, gives out more than 1 million welfare cards and more than 10 free dental appointments.
In the new term, the congress will determine the goal of innovating the content and methods of activities, focusing on union members. The grassroots union strives to admit 100% of qualified employees and ensure that 100% of union members fully participate in social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI).
Regarding legal propaganda, the unit aims to disseminate to 95% of union members the policies and guidelines of the Party, State and Trade Union organizations. Cultural, sports and tourism activities are organized everywhere, improving the spiritual life of union members.
The Congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee (EC), Ms. Vo Ai Hoa was re-elected as President of the Saigon Dental Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
On this occasion, Saigon Tam Duc Dental Group presented 50 million VND to accompany the Provincial Trade Union Congress and Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union activities.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged the efforts of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to overcome difficulties in the context of a competitive labor market in the medical - dental - cosmetic industry. The Trade Union has focused on raising awareness of labor law, professional ethics and professional skills.
The grassroots trade union proactively grasps the thoughts and aspirations of employees. The Group ensures social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and a salary and bonus regime higher than the general level. Cooperate with the Provincial Federation of Labor in social security, community programs, creating cohesion and peace of mind for union members.
In the period of 2025-2030, the Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that the group accompany the Provincial Federation of Labor, focus on social security, support workers in difficulty and expand community dental examination and care.
Promote emulation movements, encourage union members to research new initiatives, improve techniques associated with the unit's dental expertise. In order to have more initiatives that benefit businesses every year, the General Confederation of Labor is proposed to award creative labor certificates.
The National Assembly must uphold the spirit of democracy, responsibility and solidarity, strive to successfully implement the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Linh emphasized.
