Decision 727/QD-BNV in 2025 announces internal administrative procedures between new State administrative agencies, amended, supplemented and abolished the field of civil servants and public employees under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs, effective from July 9, 2025.
Accordingly, in Section 3, Part I of the Procedures issued with Decision 727/QD-BNV in 2025, the Ministry of the Ministry of the Environment abolishes 5 procedures on appointment, transfer, and promotion of civil servants from July 9, 2025 as follows:
List of abolished administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs:
