    The new province of Quang Tri after the merger with Quang Binh will include 78 commune-level administrative units (69 communes, 8 wards and 1 special zone).

    Pursuant to Clause 7, Article 15 of Decree 128/2025/ND-CP, it is stipulated that:

    List of commune-level localities applying regional minimum wages to employees working under labor contracts from July 1, 2025 as prescribed in Appendix I attached to this Decree.

    Accordingly, Decree 128/2025/ND-CP replaces the Appendix to the List of commune-level areas applying the minimum wage for employees working under labor contracts in Decree 74/2024/ND-CP effective from July 1, 2025.

    Refer to Section 32, Appendix I issued with Decree 128/2025/ND-CP stipulating the list of commune-level areas in Quang Tri province applying the regional minimum level as follows:

    - Region II, including Dong Hoi, Dong Thuan, Dong Son wards.

    - Region III, including Dong Ha, Nam Dong Ha, Ba Don, Bac Gianh wards and the communes of Nam Gianh, Nam Ba Don, Tan Gianh, Trung Thuan, Quang Trach, Hoa Trach, Phu Trach, Thuong Trach, Phong Nha, Bac Trach, Dong Trach, Hoan Lao, Bo Trach, Nam Trach, Quang Ninh, Ninh Chau, Truong Ninh, Truong Son, Le Thuy, Cam Hong, Sen Ngu, Tan My, Truong Phu, Le Ninh, Kim Ngan.

    - Region IV, including the remaining communes, wards and special zones.
