On November 29, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to impose administrative sanctions on Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company.
This enterprise is the investor and operator of Bao Loc City Waste Treatment Plant, with Mr. Dao Tien Luong as Director and legal representative.
Accordingly, the above company has committed the following violations:
Not paying or not paying enough salary to 70 employees as agreed in the labor contract, from December 2023 to the end of August 2024, total amount of 1,886 billion VND (excluding interest).
Late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for 12 employees, with the amount of 85.5 million VND (excluding interest).
Evading payment (not completing procedures to participate) of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for 69 employees, with an amount of more than 367 million VND (excluding interest).
The above actions of Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company were determined to violate the provisions of Decree No. 12/2022/ND-CP dated January 17, 2022 of the Government.
For the first violation, Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company was fined 50 million VND; the second violation was fined 23.1 million VND and the third violation was fined 125 million VND. The total fine was 198.1 million VND.
Along with the administrative penalty, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee forced the company to pay the salary debt of 1,886 billion VND, plus interest calculated according to the highest non-term deposit interest rate announced by state-owned commercial banks at the time of the penalty.
Forced to pay the full amount of social insurance and unemployment insurance evasion (completing procedures to participate in compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for 69 employees) of 367 million VND to the collection account of Bao Loc City Social Insurance.
At the same time, pay the full amount of late payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance; pay the interest on compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for workers and laborers according to regulations.
The time limit for implementing remedial measures is 10 days from the date of issuance of the decision on administrative sanctions. In case Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company and its legal representative do not comply, after the deadline, they will be forced to comply according to regulations.
