The conference to promote and foster knowledge, skills, and writing skills, articles and updating information on the Quang Ninh Provincial Electronic Information Portal in 2025 was held at the Provincial Conference Center.
The conference aims to improve the quality of information, writing skills, and articles on the Electronic Information portals of localities and units.
Strengthen governance capacity, update data on the Component Electronic Information Portal and propaganda skills on the grassroots broadcasting system.
The training program takes place over 2 days (December 8 - 9, 2025), students are the staff in charge of writing articles and articles on the Component Electronic Information Portal; staff in charge of culture - information and propaganda on the grassroots broadcasting system in communes, wards, special zones and units under the Department.
Within the framework of the conference, students had access to many key contents such as: News writing skills, articles; application of artificial intelligence (AI) in content creation, delivered by journalist Do Ngoc Ha - Permanent Vice President of the Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association.
Guidelines for updating and managing the Component Electronic Information Portal; answering common problems, presented by staff of the Department of Science and Technology, focusing on skills to update data, fix errors, and handle situations arising during the management of the Electronic Information Portal.
In addition to the main topics, students also exchanged, discussed and shared practical experiences in propaganda work at the grassroots level.
The conference is a practical activity to improve the professional capacity of the team of cultural and information staff, contributing to increasing the communication efficiency of the Culture - Sports and Tourism sector of Quang Ninh in the coming time.
