This is a breakthrough step in developing union members of the District Union. After the initial success in the first wards, recently, the Cau Giay District Labor Federation has continued to expand the model of Independent Preschool Education Union to the remaining 5 wards: Nghia Do, Dich Vong Hau, Dich Vong, Trung Hoa and Mai Dich. With the establishment of 5 new unions, the district has completed the goal of 8/8 wards having unions, bringing the total number of union members to 702 people. This result marks an important step forward in caring for and protecting the rights of workers in the district.

To achieve this result, the process of implementing the mobilization and establishment of independent preschool unions was carried out systematically and scientifically. The District Labor Federation closely coordinated with local authorities in wards to review and count the number of workers.
