On January 13, the Buon Ma Thuot City Labor Federation (Dak Lak province) informed that the unit had just organized a Congress to establish the Trade Union of Tay Nguyen Durian Joint Stock Company.
At the Congress, the leaders of the Buon Ma Thuot City Labor Federation announced the Decision to establish a company-based trade union and admit 40 union members.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Tay Nguyen Durian Joint Stock Company's Trade Union consisting of 3 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy is the Chairwoman of the Tay Nguyen Durian Joint Stock Company's Trade Union.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc - President of the Buon Ma Thuot City Labor Federation hopes that in the coming time, the grassroots trade union will perform its functions and tasks well. The unit will organize emulation movements well, care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. The grassroots trade union executive committee has the responsibility to lead its members to work in an organized manner, with a high sense of responsibility and to be a reliable support for workers.
