The Trade Union of Hong Linh Water Supply Branch and Huong Khe Water Supply Branch (under the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company) have coordinated to organize periodic health check-ups for employees at Hong Ha General Hospital. Health check-ups are organized methodically and scientifically with a team of experienced and dedicated doctors.
Previously, the grassroots Trade Union of Hung Nghiep Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Co., Ltd. in coordination with professional departments organized a periodic health check-up combined with occupational health check-ups in the first phase for employees.
About 5,300 employees of Formosa Ha Tinh Company were health checked, focusing on general check-ups and screening for occupational diseases, contributing to early detection of risk factors, so that employees know, proactively take care of and protect their own health. Thereby, ensuring sufficient health to meet the job requirements in the production and business of the enterprise.
Peak period of care for union members' interests
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 in Ha Tinh take place from April 15, 2026 to the end of May 31, 2026. On this occasion, Ha Tinh trade union levels focus on mobilizing resources to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
In which, the Provincial Labor Federation will give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, who have suffered labor accidents, occupational diseases and support money to build "Trade Union Shelter" houses for union members in particularly difficult circumstances who do not have housing or housing is not guaranteed.
Currently, the Management Board of the Ha Tinh Trade Union Social Fund has agreed that on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, it will provide financial support to 6 union members in difficult housing circumstances; support 11 cases of work accidents, occupational diseases, risks, and misfortunes. Thereby helping union members and workers alleviate difficulties, settle down, feel secure in their work, be attached to and contribute to units and businesses.
On this occasion, grassroots trade unions coordinated with employers to also organize activities to visit and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; mobilize businesses to improve the quality of lunch meals; organize the "Trade Union Meal" program; coordinate to organize periodic health check-ups, organize cultural and sports activities to bring a joyful and exciting atmosphere to workers.
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that Workers' Month is a peak occasion for trade union levels in Ha Tinh to focus on practical activities to care for the interests of union members and workers.
