On May 19, the Emulation Cluster of the Labor Federations of the Central Highlands provinces said that in the first 6 months of 2025, localities in the region have coordinated with competent authorities to inspect 52 enterprises on the implementation of labor laws and policies for workers.
Legal consulting activities in the trade union system continue to be maintained, with 851 union members and workers supported to resolve problems related to rights and policies.
The provincial trade unions also coordinated to organize propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, resolutions and the State's legal policies to more than 174,000 union members, workers and employers.
Mr. Ro Cham Long - Chairman of Kon Tum Provincial Labor Federation, Head of Emulation Cluster - said: "In the last months of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the region will continue to promote their role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, focus on organizing dialogues and negotiations with employers on contents related to employment, income, life and shift meals at the enterprise".
According to Mr. Long, local trade unions will actively participate in building and supervising the implementation of policies related to workers, especially policies to restore production and develop the labor market to create jobs and stable income.
