At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Permanent Vice President of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor reported on the situation of Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of the year and work tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
According to Ms. Thuy, in the first 6 months of the year, the province's Trade Union activities achieved some outstanding results, especially the work of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

Trade unions at all levels in the province have proactively coordinated with agencies, units and enterprises to do a good job of taking care of the lives of union members and employees; contributing to the province's effective implementation of social security policies. The trade union also actively coordinates with employers to find solutions to remove difficulties in production and business, create jobs, and improve the lives of employees.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, Trade Unions at all levels organized 608 programs such as "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng", "Gia Dong Co", "Union Tet Market"... with a total support budget of more than 40.7 billion VND; presented cash and gifts to more than 80,800 union members and employees in difficult circumstances and with serious illnesses. The Provincial Federation of Labor has presented 28,774 gifts worth over 7.8 billion VND; supported the construction and repair of 14 "Union Shelters" with a budget of 780 million VND.
These practical activities continue to affirm the role and position of the Trade Union organization in caring for the interests of union members with the motto "All members and employees have Tet".

During Workers' Month 2025, the Provincial Trade Union visited and supported 114 million VND for 57 union members and employees with serious illnesses and work-related accidents; presented 100 gifts worth 70 million VND to employees in difficult circumstances.
In addition, the work of inspecting and supervising the implementation of policies and regimes related to wages, bonuses, and employment of employees has been strengthened...
Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, delegates discussed key issues in implementing the task of rearranging the Trade Union organization in accordance with regulations.

Directing at the conference, Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor Ha Duy Trung said that from June 15, the activities of the grassroots trade unions will officially end, and at the same time, union members and union officials for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CBCCVCNLD) who receive 100% of their salaries from the state budget working at state administrative agencies, Party agencies, socio-political organizations, public service units, and associations assigned by the Party and the State will be terminated.
Mr. Ha Duy Trung said that the Trade Union organization still pays full salaries and benefits to Trade Union officials who have not been assigned new work positions after the end of district-level Trade Union and Trade Union activities.
The conference voted to approve the Resolution of the 7th Conference of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee; Project to End the activities of the Federations of Labor of districts, towns, cities, industry unions, Provincial Economic Zone unions and to dismiss union members and union officials for civil servants and public employees receiving 100% of their salaries from the state budget working at state administrative agencies, Party agencies, socio-political organizations, public service units, and associations assigned by the Party and the State.



On this occasion, the leaders of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor awarded the Emulation Flag and Certificates of Merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; and Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in recent times.
