In addition, taking care of young children of union members and workers is an issue of particular concern, especially for female workers. At my company, about 70% are female workers, and the biggest concern currently is hoping to send their children to a convenient place with a good environment to feel secure in working and producing.

As far as I know, workers working in industrial parks are very lacking in relaxing playgrounds and opportunities for socializing after work hours. Where I work, there are quite a few cases of people in difficult circumstances renting rooms; single mothers raising young children. In the current context, life is increasingly difficult for these cases. The concern and support of the Trade Union organization will create a support for workers to feel secure in working and producing, making more products to have more income to improve their lives.
