With the motto "All union members and workers have Tet, celebrate Tet", city-level care activities will include many outstanding programs such as visiting, giving gifts, and wishing Tet to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and low incomes; the program "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" live and online; organizing bus trips or supporting bus tickets, train tickets,... bringing and welcoming workers back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet; meetings with trade union officials through periods; programs accompanying businesses, grassroots trade unions (CDCS) and in social security work;...
Specifically for the grassroots level, units will organize the "Tet Sum vay" program; visit, give gifts, and wish Tet to union members and workers; activities to celebrate Spring, welcome Tet, visit and encourage union members and workers who do not have the conditions to return to their hometowns for Tet,... In particular, the "Trade Union New Year's Eve Meal" of Binh Ngo Tet 2026 will be organized for union members and workers. Thereby, creating a connection between union members and workers and trade union organizations and businesses.
Grassroots trade unions will strengthen dialogue and negotiation activities with employers on production plans, salary payments, Tet bonus payments; plans to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during Tet. At the same time, promptly detect and have solutions to ensure the rights of union members and workers in businesses facing difficulties, salary arrears, inability to pay bonuses, and business owners fleeing or dissolving or bankrupting.
Trade union levels regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations in a timely manner, propagate and mobilize union members and workers to celebrate Tet, enjoy spring economically and safely, comply with legal regulations and return to work on time; continue to accompany businesses to improve labor productivity and production and business efficiency.
