Dong Nai needs to recruit more than 11,000 workers
According to the Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center (under the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai Province), from the beginning of 2025 until now, the production and business activities of enterprises in Dong Nai have improved, many enterprises have expanded production, increased recruitment of workers, especially unskilled workers.
In Dong Nai, there are currently 391 enterprises reporting recruitment needs for 11,660 workers, of which 6,240 are unskilled workers, accounting for more than 50%; Of which, the industries that need to recruit the most workers are textiles, footwear (more than 4,000 people), woodwork (more than 2,900 people), electronics (1,883 people).
To promptly support jobs quickly for unemployed workers and meet human resources for businesses in the province, the Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center has organized many completely free job exchanges.
However, according to the reporter's records, although the demand for labor selection at the job exchange is mostly unskilled workers, mainly in the garment, footwear industries... the number of unskilled workers and skilled workers participating in job searches at the exchange is very limited or does not meet the recruitment criteria of businesses; the number of applications for unskilled workers is only low.
To connect labor supply and demand, the Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center will increase the organization of fixed and mobile job exchanges; support businesses to directly go to remote localities to recruit workers. In the long term, to retain employees, the Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center believes that businesses need to implement the salary and bonus regime well, improve working conditions, provide benefits and support so that employees can work with peace of mind and stay with the business for a long time.

Thanks to good welfare policies, many companies have recruited a large number of workers. Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited (Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai Province) - said: The company operates in the field of leather shoes with more than 40,000 employees working there. In 2025, the company plans to recruit more than 5,000 workers, and to date the enterprise has recruited thousands of people.
The Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center said: In the coming time, the center will continue to strengthen propaganda for workers and businesses in many forms, encouraging businesses and employees (especially those receiving unemployment benefits) to participate in finding jobs at the exchange. Strengthen job consultation and introduction for unemployment beneficiaries at the Center and 5 representative offices, creating all conditions for unemployment beneficiaries to soon return to the labor market.
