The Provincial Federation of Labor has organized training courses on dialogue skills, negotiation, signing collective labor agreements for union officials; directed grassroots unions to review, amend, supplement, and sign collective labor agreements with many more beneficial provisions for union members and workers such as: Salary, bonus, shift meal allowance, diligence, seniority, travel allowance, child deposit support, boarding house rental, etc. Up to now, 81% of enterprises with trade unions organize labor conferences; 84.7% of grassroots unions coordinate to organize dialogues at the workplace and negotiate and sign collective labor agreements. 7 electronics enterprises in Que Vo Industrial Park have been encouraged to negotiate and sign a group collective labor agreement with more beneficial contents for employees.
Over the past 2 years, provincial trade unions at all levels have provided legal advice and answers through the Trade Union Television section; The Provincial Federation of Labor's Electronic Information Portal; the Trade Union's Zalo and Facebook groups; and provided legal advice through cultural exchanges for 40,371 union members and workers. Support and guide 161 workers of Bac Giang Cement Joint Stock Company to sue the company in the People's Court of the 4 provinces of Bac Ninh because the company owes wages to workers. As a result, on August 30, 2025, the Court ordered Bac Giang Cement Joint Stock Company to pay more than VND 8 billion due to unpaid wages to employees.
The "Tet Sum Vay" program has become a series of outstanding activities with many rich contents, according to the theme suitable for each year, bearing the color of the Trade Union organization associated with cultural and sports activities, visiting, giving gifts, giving bus tickets, organizing free trips back to the hometown for workers, the "Stock for workers" program, " Singing for workers - listening to workers singing" create a joyful and exciting atmosphere attracting a large number of union members and workers to attend. In particular, the Provincial Federation of Labor has mobilized the participation of the entire political system, the support of many businesses inside and outside the province to participate in sponsoring and caring for the interests of union members and workers. On the occasion of holidays, Tet, Workers' Month, Vietnam Trade Union Traditional Day... trade unions at all levels coordinated to visit, give gifts, and promptly encourage union members and workers with a total budget of nearly 600 billion VND.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has directed 2,256 grassroots unions to coordinate with heads of agencies, units, and enterprises to organize a Union Meal with a total value of over VND38.298 billion, creating a joyful and cohesive atmosphere. In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor effectively implements the model of "Union participation in ensuring the quality of shift meals for workers"; regularly supervises, promptly makes recommendations and proposals to ensure quality and food safety and hygiene.
Supported 122 union members and workers with funds to build new and repair houses from the Trade Union Shelter Fund with a total amount of VND4.715 billion. Organized for thousands of workers, civil servants, and laborers in difficult circumstances to borrow capital from the National Employment Fund and the Trade Union Shelter Fund, contributing to increasing income and stabilizing the family economy. Implemented 99 cooperation agreements with partners on welfare programs, preferential sales, and discounts from 5% - 50%, contributing to improving the lives of union members and workers. Mobilized 12,016 cadres, union members, and workers to participate in voluntary blood donation, donated 10,965 units of blood.
