The grassroots union also strives to averagely introduce at least 1 outstanding union member to the Party for consideration, training and admission every year, 100% of union members are updated with union member data as required, 100% of the company's new employees are admitted to the union.
At the same time, coordinate with businesses to strive to prevent fires, explosions and work accidents at the workplace, and organize cultural - artistic, physical education and sports movements to meet the needs of exchange and training at the facility.
At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to proposing solutions to support workers in their studies, improving their qualifications and professional skills, and meeting the requirements of the unit's tasks.
