A solid support for workers
Ms. Le Thi Thu Thao, a worker at 29/3 Textile Joint Stock Company, from Quang Ngai, has lived in Da Nang for more than 10 years with her husband and 3 young children. Due to low and unstable income, the family could only buy a small piece of land and build a temporary hut.
By May 2025, the "Union Shelter" program of the Da Nang Labor Federation supported 50 million VND, along with a loan, which helped her build a new, spacious house. Ms. Thao was moved: "The union has made my dream of having a house come true, I can only thank you, from now on I no longer worry about settling down". Not only receiving housing support, for many years, Ms. Thao has also regularly received support gifts from trade union organizations at all levels, from epidemics, natural disasters, and annual holidays. In Da Nang, there are currently many "Ms. Thao".
