The conference took place on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1809 - May 19, 2025).
Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - attended and directed the conference.
The conference was attended by Colonel Do Tat Thanh - Deputy Chief of Office of the Length Protection Command.
The conference was also attended by the reporter, Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thanh Khoi - former senior lecturer of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - said that the conference to celebrate on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday is a very meaningful event. This is also one of the outstanding activities in the coordination relationship between the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
According to comrade Ngo Duy Hieu, President Ho Chi Minh during his revolutionary activities was a worker in many different positions. President Ho Chi Minh put a lot of effort into propagating Marxism-Leninism to the working class.
Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu said that during the revolutionary activities, experiencing the practical work in countries with strong workers' and trade union movements, he clearly understood the role and position of the working class, especially in implementing leadership to carry out the revolution of infertility. In many of his speeches, Uncle Ho paid deep attention to the working class and trade union organizations.
Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu hopes that through the conference, each Party member and union cadre will better understand President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts and viewpoints on the working class and trade union organizations to strive to build an increasingly strong working class and trade union organization in the new context.

According to the program, delegates watched documentaries about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; listened to a seminar on Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the working class and the Trade Union organization.
Next, representatives of a number of Party cells and Party Committees under the Party Committee of the General Confederation will discuss and discuss the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
