The Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor attended a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

On the morning of May 18, the Politburo and the Secretariat organized the National Conference to thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on renovating the construction and enforcement of law to meet the country's development requirements in the new era and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, dated 4.5.2025 of the Politburo on private economic development.

Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man will present the topic "Core content of Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era and the plan to implement Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW".

General Secretary To Lam will give an important speech directing the conference. Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia will give a speech accepting opinions and guiding the dissemination, propaganda, and implementation of the two important Resolutions mentioned above.

In Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, the Politburo clearly stated the groups of tasks and solutions that need to be implemented to innovate the work of law making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era.

In particular, Resolution 66-NQ/TW clearly states the requirement to innovate thinking and orient law-making in the direction of both ensuring the requirements of state management and encouraging creativity, liberating all productive forces, and unlocking all development resources.

The work of law-making must fully, correctly and promptly institutionalize the Party's guidelines and policies, stemming from the interests of the whole country, making institutions and laws a competitive advantage, resolutely abandoning the thinking of "if you can't manage, then ban"; promoting democracy, respecting, ensuring, effectively protecting human rights and civil rights, ensuring balance and reasonableness between the level of limitation of rights and legitimate benefits achieved...

Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW determines the goal by 2030, the private economy is the most important driving force of the national economy; As a pioneer in scientific and technological development, innovation and digital transformation, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, December 22, 2024 of the Politburo and other guidelines and guidelines of the Party.
