Jinko Solar Factory (Song Khoai Industrial Park) currently has over 2,600 workers. During Tet, the enterprise arranges 3 production workshops operating continuously with about 1,300 workers working throughout Tet, accounting for 50% of the total factory labor force.
To ensure the rights of employees, the company has paid a salary of over 800,000 VND/person/day during the working days throughout Tet, not including allowances and other welfare benefits.
At the factory, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness and efforts to overcome difficulties of the collective leadership and workers of the factory in maintaining stable production right in the first days of the new year.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that Quang Ninh always accompanies businesses, especially strategic investors and high-tech businesses in the area. Requesting departments, branches, and localities to continue to proactively grasp the production and business situation of businesses; promptly support and remove related difficulties.
The province will closely coordinate with businesses in connecting human resources; promote vocational training associated with the actual needs of the factory.
Representatives of the leadership of Jinko Solar Factory expressed their gratitude for the concern and companionship of Quang Ninh province and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee personally; affirmed that they will continue to strive to maintain stable production, ensure jobs and income for workers, and make positive contributions to the socio-economic growth of the province.
On the occasion of the New Year, Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khang presented gifts and sent New Year greetings to all officials and workers of the factory; wishing the business collective to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, contributing to Quang Ninh's successful implementation of the development goals in 2026.
