According to the Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union, this year, through information from the grassroots trade union, there are about 60,000 workers (about 50% of workers) celebrating Tet in Ben Cat city.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the Ben Cat Industrial Park Trade Union considered giving 15,000 Tet gifts to workers facing difficulties. The spending level is 1,000,000 VND/person (700,000 VND in cash, 300,000 VND in gifts of necessities).

A representative of the Thu Dau Mot City Labor Federation said that it is expected that the City Labor Federation will visit and give about 1,000-1,500 gifts to workers staying in the locality to celebrate Tet. (Thuan An city) - a unit with more than 4,000 employees - said that, like every year, the company will organize a year-end party, accompanied by a cultural program, lucky draw with many valuable items such as motorbikes, televisions, refrigerators...
According to Ms. Pham Thi Duyen, at the end of each year (around December 15), the company organizes a labor conference to honor union members and workers with 15-20 years of seniority, each person is given 1 tael of gold. Workers facing difficulties will also receive Tet gifts.
Mr. Vu Thong Hiep - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hung Kiu Vietnam Garment Company Limited (Phu Chanh Ward, Tan Uyen City) said that like every year, this year, the company also gives Tet gifts to employees; the company supports employees who are unfortunately facing difficulties. Besides taking care of Tet, the company is reviewing allowances such as accommodation, gasoline, and childcare to provide better care.
“The allowances for employees at our company currently average 1.7 million VND/person/month in addition to salary and overtime,” said Mr. Vu Thong Hiep.
