The final round of the contest "Introducing models and explaining administrative reform ideas" (referred to as the Contest) this year with the participation of 14 teams from 10 Trade Unions of central departments, ministries and branches:
Including the following unions: Ministry of Labor, War invalids and Social Affairs; Ministry of Home Affairs; Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Planning and Investment; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Science and Technology; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Office of the Government; Central Office of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
4 Provincial and municipal civil servant unions: Dak Nong provincial civil servants; Lao Cai provincial civil servants; Hai Phong city civil servants; Can Tho city civil servants.
The content of the contest includes: Introducing effective administrative reform models that have been implemented in agencies and units. Presenting administrative reform ideas.
Proposing models, initiatives and solutions for administrative reform (according to 6 contents in the Overall Program for State Administrative Reform for the 2021 - 2030 period stipulated in Resolution No. 76/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2021 of the Government) to create satisfaction of people and businesses, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state administrative apparatus; operational efficiency of agencies and units, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform.
Each team's entry consists of 3 parts:
- Part 1: Introduce yourself. The unit chooses the form of presentation to introduce itself (dramatization is encouraged). Time for the first part is about 03 minutes.
- Second part: Introduce the effective administrative reform model of the agency or unit. Time for the second part is about 07 minutes.
- Part 3: Presentation of ideas, solutions and administrative reform initiatives. Time for the first part is about 05 minutes.
At the end of the contest, based on the results from the Jury, the Organizing Committee will award: 1 First Prize; 2 Second Prizes; 3 Third Prizes; 5 Encouragement Prizes and a number of special prizes.
The contest was organized by the Vietnam Civil Servants' Union in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs to promote administrative reform propaganda and raise awareness among cadres, civil servants and public employees about the content, meaning and importance of administrative reform.
Through the contest, we aim to recognize and commend the efforts of trade unions at all levels and cadres, civil servants and public employees in administrative reform, at the same time, create a vibrant emulation movement among cadres, civil servants and public employees, and bring the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels into life.
