In 2025, the Company's Trade Union successfully organized the XXXIV Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, with 5 members of the Executive Committee, 3 members of the Inspection Committee. Currently, the Company's Trade Union has 141 union members.
The company has fully implemented regimes and policies for employees according to State regulations; ensured stable jobs; fully participated in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Average income in 2025 reached 13.092 million VND/person/month, equal to 123.7% of the plan.
Labor production emulation movements, promoting initiatives, and technical improvements have been promoted, contributing to improving productivity, saving costs, and limiting overtime work.
The company focuses on improving working conditions and environment; strictly implements labor regulations, collective labor agreements and grassroots democracy regulations.
Harmful nutritional regimes, health care, especially in hot weather, long-day construction sites, are being implemented.
In 2925, the company fully implemented salary and bonus regimes; supported employees during holidays and Tet such as Lunar New Year, April 30 - May 1; organized activities to celebrate International Women's Day March 8, Traditional Day of Mine Workers. In particular, the 65th Anniversary of the Company's Founding Day (August 1, 1960 - August 1, 2025) was solemnly held, creating a good impression.
The company also organized visits and difficulty allowances; promptly rewarded typical collectives and individuals; organized 2 tours in Tuyen Quang province for workers who have made many contributions to production and business.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Do Thi Le Quyen - Chairwoman of Hong Gai Ward Trade Union - acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the Company's Trade Union in 2025. Request the Trade Union to continue to review and supplement collective labor agreements in a direction that is more beneficial to workers; innovate operating methods; strengthen dialogue between workers and employers; effectively implement models such as "Trade Union Meals", "Trade Union Flower Gardens".
Ms. Quyen also requested the company to pay attention to implementing Decree 293/2025/ND-CP on regulations on the minimum wage from January 1, 2026; take care of Tet for workers; launch a pioneering business emulation movement for green and sustainable development, contributing to the implementation of the goal of making Quang Ninh a centrally-run city before 2030.
On this occasion, the Company's Trade Union and 2 individuals of the company were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation; 1 individual was awarded Certificates of Merit by the Hong Gai Ward People's Committee; many collectives and individuals were commended and rewarded by the Company.
The conference unanimously approved the Resolution of the Workers' Conference with the production and business plan for 2026, including targets: total revenue of 186 billion VND; pre-tax profit of 4.106 billion VND.
