The consistent goal of the Quang Ninh Trade Union in the new period, term 2025-2030, is to build a strong, innovative and professional trade union organization; ensuring better care and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers and laborers. The Trade Union aims to contribute to the political system to soon make Quang Ninh a centrally-governed city.
By the end of 2030, the Quang Ninh Trade Union aims to develop at least 17,000 new union members; 100% of enterprises with 25 or more employees have a trade union organization. Propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and legal policies are required to reach 85% of workers in places where there are trade unions.
During the term, the Provincial Trade Union strives to have at least 5,000 technical innovation initiatives of union members applied in practice. In addition, more than 85% of enterprises with qualified trade unions will be able to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements; 85% of union members who need consultation and labor disputes will be directly supported by the trade union.
In the digital transformation process, Quang Ninh Trade Union aims to achieve 100% of commune and ward trade unions and 80% of grassroots trade unions by 2030 to deploy the application of information technology into operation.
Quang Ninh Trade Union identified three breakthroughs to improve operational capacity. In particular, promoting dialogue and collective bargaining, focusing on wages, bonuses, working hours, rest hours, improving working conditions, and occupational safety and hygiene. Build a team of professional union officials at all levels, with sufficient qualities and abilities to meet the requirements and tasks in the new era of development.
Innovating the methods of operation of the Trade Union organization, focusing on the application of science and technology, artificial intelligence, comprehensive digital transformation; protecting union members and workers, confidently and steadfastly moving forward in the new era of development.
The Quang Ninh Provincial Trade Union emphasized the need to continue to innovate the work of representing and protecting the rights and interests of workers, focusing on monitoring the implementation of laws on labor, employment, social insurance, occupational safety and hygiene and policies for female workers.
The Trade Union will also strengthen its grasp of the situation at the grassroots level, promptly reflect the difficulties of businesses and workers to take appropriate solutions.
The program to care for workers' lives will be expanded, including "Tet Sum Vay", "Union Shelter", and cooperation agreements on union member welfare. Quang Ninh Trade Union will also propose policies to support the development of workers' housing, cultural and educational institutions associated with industrial parks to attract quality workers to work in the province.
Propaganda work has been innovated in a modern direction, strongly using digital platforms such as websites, fanpages, and trade union television to spread positive information and build a close and effective image of the trade union organization.In addition, the work of developing union members will be carried out flexibly, simplifying procedures and focusing on the goal of establishing a union organization in the non-state enterprise sector.
The Trade Union also continues to arrange and perfect the organizational model in the direction of streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency; at the same time, promote training and fostering cadres to meet new requirements.
To meet the requirements of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, the Quang Ninh Trade Union will focus on building a team of highly qualified workers with modern style, and the ability to adapt to digital transformation. Workers are encouraged to study for life, improve their professional skills and become "digital workers".
The trade union continues to implement Resolution 20 of the Central Committee and related documents on building a strong and modern working class, a core force in the socio-economic development of the province.
In the new term, the Trade Union will maintain traditional emulation movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health", while strongly promoting technology innovation initiatives, green transformation and energy transformation.
Quang Ninh Trade Union will continue to promote the mobilization of female workers and civil servants, enhancing the position of female workers in enterprises and society.Models such as "Good at public affairs - Good at housework", women's clubs, supporting workers' children...continue to be maintained and quality improvement.
