Attending the Congress were Ms. Do Thi Le Quyen, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Hong Gai Ward Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long, Party Secretary, Director of the Company and all union members of the company.
Hon Gai - Vinacomin Mechanical Joint Stock Company currently has 148 officers, workers and laborers. During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has closely coordinated with the professional sector, closely following the production and business tasks, effectively implementing emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", the movement "Promoting technical innovation initiatives", contributing to improving labor productivity.
Many initiatives of collectives and individuals are applied in practice, bringing practical economic value to the unit.

In the 2023-2025 period, many collectives and individuals of the Company have been awarded: one individual received the Nguyen Duc Canh Award; one individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit in the Program "1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to defeat the pandemic" of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the collective of companies received a certificate of merit from the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province for the emulation movement of good labor and building a strong trade union organization.
The Company's Trade Union also coordinated with the professional team to maintain stable jobs, ensuring income for employees; the salary growth rate for the period 2023-2025 reached 105.5% compared to the plan.
The company fully implements the regime of periodic health check-ups, toxic nutrients, taking care of shift meals, organizing annual domestic and foreign sightseeing and vacation programs.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long, Party Secretary and Director of the Company, acknowledged the efforts of the Trade Union in the recent term, and at the same time requested that the trade union continue to promote its role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and workers. The company's trade union needs to promote emulation movements associated with production - business goals; build a disciplined and safe working environment; improve skills and professional awareness of workers and laborers; discover and train to create a source of successor trade union cadres.

The Company's Trade Union Congress set a target for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on innovating methods of operation, strengthening propaganda and education, encouraging employees to fully recognize their roles and responsibilities, and strive to complete their tasks. Trade unions continue to improve the effectiveness of grassroots democracy regulations, building a strong and comprehensive trade union organization.
Based on the general goal of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Company's Trade Union specifically determined: 100% of newly admitted union members are admitted in accordance with the provisions of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter; each year, introduce 1-2 outstanding union members to the Party for admission consideration; 100% of union members participate in the welfare programs of the trade union organization; continue to coordinate with the professional community to negotiate and sign Collective Labor Agreements in a more beneficial direction for workers.
The Congress elected and introduced the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades.
