In the first 6 months of 2025, most enterprises and units with trade unions in Binh Dinh have paid salaries and bonuses in accordance with regulations; maintained the Lunar New Year bonus to encourage and retain employees, contributing to stabilizing labor relations and promoting production and business.
The average salary in 2024 in the state sector will reach more than 10.7 million VND/person/month; in the foreign-invested (FDI) sector will reach more than 8 million VND/person/month; in the non-state enterprise sector, it will reach more than 7.6 million VND/person/month.

Regarding the Lunar New Year bonus, the highest bonus in the state sector is 42 million VND/person (up 82.6% compared to the previous year), the lowest is 500,000 VND, the average bonus is more than 9 million VND.
In the FDI sector, the highest bonus is 85 million VND, the lowest is 300,000 VND. In particular, in the group of non-state enterprises, the highest bonus is over 122 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND. For the group of enterprises with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State, the highest bonus is 15 million VND/person.
The labor relations situation in the province is stable, there are no strikes or work stoppages (working at a low level - PV). However, there are still some enterprises that owe wages and social insurance (SI) to employees for a long time, leading to disputes and complaints.
A number of union members and employees are still concerned and worried about the situation of unpaid wages, insurance debts, and prolonged violations of labor laws in some enterprises such as Quy Nhon Road Repair Management Joint Stock Company, FLC Quy Nhon Company, etc.
Faced with this situation, Trade Unions at all levels have proactively taken action, coordinated with competent authorities to handle and promptly protect the legitimate and legal rights of employees.
Union members and workers hope that the Party and State will continue to strongly direct the implementation of solutions to achieve economic growth goals, reform the apparatus organization effectively and efficiently, and ensure policies for affected workers in the process of arrangement and streamlining.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Permanent Vice President of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor, in the first 6 months of the year, the Trade Unions at all levels have actively organized cadres, union members, and workers to participate in giving opinions and social criticism on many mechanisms and policies related to workers, trade union organizations as well as socio-economic development programs of the province.
Inspection and supervision work has been vigorously implemented with 34 inspections conducted, thereby detecting, reminding, correcting and promptly proposing to handle violations and shortcomings in the implementation of policies and laws, contributing to protecting the rights of employees and maintaining stable labor relations.
Consulting and legal support activities for employees continue to be effective. The Trade Union Legal Consulting Center has received and handled 137 cases; instructed 83 employees to file complaints to enterprises and competent authorities.
