On June 7, the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation organized an online broadcast of the launching ceremony of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the period 2026 - 2031 to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and launch the emulation movement in the locality.
Attending at the Ca Mau bridge point were Comrade Nguyen Van Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Comrade Vu Hong Nhu Yen - Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of leaders of departments, agencies, branches, and mass organizations of the province; Comrade Ly Cong Bac - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with Vice Chairmen, Members of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation; Chairmen, Vice Chairmen of Commune and Ward Trade Unions; Grassroots Trade Unions directly under the Provincial Labor Federation; full-time trade union officials, union members, workers, and typical laborers representing the union members and laborers throughout the province.
The emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" for the period 2026 - 2031 was launched to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; strongly arouse the spirit of responsibility, will to rise up, and creative capacity of union members and workers in production, work and study.
The movement aims to improve labor productivity, human resource quality, increase income, improve the material and spiritual life of workers; and at the same time build a contingent of workers in Ca Mau province with qualifications, professional skills, industrial style, and adaptability to the digital transformation, innovation and international integration process.
After the online program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, the Ca Mau Provincial Confederation of Labour organized a ceremony to launch the emulation movement in the locality. Speaking at the launching ceremony, Comrade Ly Cong Bac - Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Confederation of Labour - emphasized the meaning and importance of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" in the new development stage of the province. At the same time, he called on trade union levels, union members, workers, and laborers to actively respond, promote the spirit of creativity, improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals of the province.
The emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" in the period 2026 - 2031 is expected to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere in agencies, units, and businesses; contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, better caring for the lives of workers and joining hands to build Ca Mau province to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new era.
