On December 11, the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor (CFF) informed that the unit had just held the 11th conference to deploy the process of introducing personnel to the 18th Provincial Trade Union Congress and personnel to attend the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
In the working program, the conference disseminated the directives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Organizing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee on personnel work for the 2025-2030 term.
On that basis, the Executive Committee reviewed the personnel projects of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee and personnel for key leadership positions of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
With a serious, democratic spirit and full compliance with the process, the conference comprehensively reviewed the personnel team, both re-elected and first-time participation.
For the re-elected personnel, the Standing Committee and Executive Committee meetings carefully assessed the standards, conditions, structure, and task requirements, agreed to introduce 9 personnel to the Executive Committee, 5 members to the Standing Committee, 2 members to the Inspection Committee, and introduced the re-elected personnel to the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
For first-time participating personnel, the process is carried out in four steps according to the instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, including a Standing Committee meeting, Executive Committee meeting, key staff conference and the second Standing Committee meeting.
After discussion and secret ballot, the conference agreed to introduce 7 members of the Executive Committee and 4 personnel to the new Inspection Committee.
In parallel with the personnel work of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the conference also introduced personnel for delegates attending the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Based on the unanimous discussion, the Executive Committee introduced 6 official delegates and 2 absent delegates, ensuring the structure and standards according to the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
