Subsidies for employees during the Lunar New Year 2025 totaling 550 million VND; support for female officials in particularly difficult circumstances on March 8, 21 million VND; support for female officials in particularly difficult circumstances on October 20, 54 million VND; organizing "Trade Union Meal 2025" attracting 2,765 union members to participate (total budget of more than 166 million VND; of which, grassroots trade union financial resources are more than 102 million VND; other financial resources are more than 63 million VND)... Total amount of care is more than 790 million VND.
Emulation movements were also widely launched by VNU-HN Trade Union, creating a vibrant political activity in all officials, civil servants, public employees and laborers. In particular, the emulation movement to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress was organized with the xuyên suốt theme "Creating achievements to celebrate the Party Congress". The emulation movement "Good at school - Good at home", associated with the movement "Women actively study, creatively work, build happy families" has created motivation to strive for female CBNGNLĐ. Many collectives and female individuals have excellently completed their tasks, actively participated in scientific research, creativity, innovation in teaching and work, and participated in social activities. Many children of CBNGNLĐ achieved high achievements in their studies, and many were honored as national and international excellent students. The rate of female CBNGNLĐ achieving "Good at state affairs, Good at home" reached over 95%.
