The congress was attended by leaders of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV), the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of the Company and 118 delegates, representing more than 730 union members and workers.
In the 2023-2025 period, the Company's Trade Union has closely followed the direction of the TKV Trade Union and the Company's Party Committee, closely coordinated with the professional team, and completed the goals of the Resolution for the XXVI term.
Workers' income maintains growth: in 2023 it will reach 11.355 million VND/person/month; in 2024 it will reach 13.278 million VND; it is expected to reach 13.881 million VND/person/month in 2025 (an increase of 22.24% compared to 2023).
The departmental trade unions undertook 70 projects; more than 180 initiatives were recognized; 25 individuals achieved the title of "Creative Miner" of TKV Trade Union; 7 individuals were awarded the Certificate of "Creative Labor" by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
From 2023 to 2025, the Company has allocated more than 21.5 billion VND to take care of the lives of union members and workers.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Trade Union aims to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights of workers.
Strive to have over 85% of trade union groups and departmental trade unions complete their tasks well every year; have over 60 recognized technical innovation initiatives; coordinate with professionals to complete 100% of the production and business target; average income of workers increases by 3% or more.
