Many outstanding results in caring for more than 5,000 workers
The Congress evaluated the results of activities in the 2023-2025 period and determined the direction and tasks in the new context of the textile and garment industry and the labor market.
Sedo Vinako Company Limited is a company specializing in production and processing of garment in Dong Yen Industrial Cluster, Duy Xuyen commune. From the initial 450 employees, by November 2025, the company has created jobs for more than 5,000 employees, with an average salary of VND 7.835 million/person/month; 100% of employees have signed labor contracts, more than 99.7% are covered by social insurance and health insurance. The rate of union members reached 99.2% with 5,124/5,164 workers.
During the 2023-2025 term, the company's Trade Union will promote its role as a representative, caregiver, and protector of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinate with the Board of Directors to build harmonious and stable labor relations.
Collective labor agreements are negotiated with more beneficial terms for employees such as: leniency, support for difficulties, subsidies for children under 6 years old, seniority bonuses, support for people with infectious diseases, increased shift allowances to 20,000 VND/meal, fuel allowances, quarterly bonuses... Labor safety and hygiene, fire prevention, regular health check-ups twice a year, improving the "green - clean - beautiful" working environment are maintained regularly.
From September 2023 to August 2025, the Union has mobilized more than 1.6 billion VND on the spot to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances; coordinated with the superior Union to provide more than 1,000 subsidies, 5 tons of rice, give bicycles and scholarships to children of workers who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies; built 3 "Union Shelters" with a support budget of nearly 200 million VND.
Improving welfare and building a modern working class
For the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of Sedo Vinako LLC aims to continue "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
Strive for 100% of workers to be union members; maintain 100% of strong union groups, increase periodic dialogues, and add more beneficial provisions to collective labor agreements.
Improve the quality of shift meals, union benefits; promote propaganda, education, improve skills and industrial style for workers, adapt to digital transformation and the 4.0 Industrial Revolution; build a modern working class, contributing to the sustainable development of businesses and localities.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the IV term, consisting of 11 comrades; comrade Le Hoang Giang was elected as Chairman.
Speaking at the congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh - Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation highly appreciated the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the past term.
"The grassroots trade union has done a good job of propaganda and legal education; signed and implemented Collective Labor Agreements with more beneficial provisions for workers; cared for welfare such as increasing shift meals, supporting childcare, providing periodic health check-ups, supporting workers in difficulty, mobilizing more than 1.6 billion VND to help workers in distress; building a worker library with more than 5,000 books, organizing many cultural, sports, social and charity activities.
