On April 7, the Dak Nong Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the unit had notified all levels of trade unions to implement activities on the occasion of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025.
The main programs in this year's event include: "Creative workers, firmly entering the new era"; "May Dialogue"; "Thank you to workers" Program; Peak month for developing union members, establishing grassroots unions; introducing the development of party members who are workers; "Propaganda, raising awareness of union members and workers".
The Dak Nong Provincial Federation of Labor will also organize a ceremony to commend and reward outstanding business owners, cadres, civil servants, and workers with outstanding achievements in labor and production.
Collectives and individuals who have achieved results in the emulation movement and organized Workers' Month activities will also be honored.
Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Doan Van Su, said that the Workers' Month program aims to raise awareness and social responsibility in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of workers.
The program also creates the attention of Party committees, authorities, and business owners at all levels for the safety and health of workers. Thereby, promoting the role of the working class in the new development stage of the country.
"Workers' Month needs to be implemented practically, focusing resources on supporting union members and workers, in line with local realities" - Mr. Su emphasized.
