The grassroots trade union of Competition Team Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Foxconn Group) and the grassroots trade union of MoKa Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. have coordinated with businesses to simultaneously organize the 2026 employee conference.
Attending the conference were representatives of the Dong Mai ward trade union, business leaders, grassroots trade union executive committees and more than 200 officials and employees of the two companies.
At the conference, many contents related to salaries, bonuses, welfare and working conditions were frankly proposed by union members and workers.
Representatives of employers and leaders of the two enterprises directly answered the recommendations and received reasonable opinions to improve the working environment and regime for employees.
Through the conference, grassroots trade unions continue to affirm their representative role, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and participate in supervising the implementation of regimes and policies such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational safety and health, and collective labor agreements.
Currently, Competition Team Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. has over 1,200 employees, is maintaining stable production and is continuing to recruit workers to expand production.
MoKa Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. has about 800 employees, operating in the fields of packaging production, processing and assembly of electronic products.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Van Hung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Dong Mai Ward Trade Union - highly appreciated the proactiveness of grassroots trade unions in coordinating the organization of employee conferences, thereby promoting democracy at enterprises, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
In the coming time, Dong Mai Ward Trade Union will continue to direct and support grassroots trade unions to improve the quality of operations, promote dialogue at workplaces, and better care for the rights of union members and workers.
