On July 2, according to the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, in the first 6 months of 2025, the Trade Union Legal Advice Center (under the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor) provided legal advice and support to 915 workers. Of which, 466 workers were directly consulted at the Center, 250 were consulted by phone, and 199 were consulted via social networks with advice on wages, labor contracts, social insurance regimes, and work-related accidents.
The center supports drafting petitions for 148 employees (17 mediations, 36 complaints, 28 lawsuits, 63 petitions, 2 review petitions, 2 authorizations. The results of 1 employee who had a work accident submitted an application for review and were re-assessed for the disability rate (the disability result from 28% was adjusted to 38%).
The center also supports representatives to participate in litigation for workers in labor disputes in court with 8 units. As a result of 1 lawsuit, employees of S.L.V.N Company Limited received more than 750 million VND.
In addition, the Center coordinated training on social insurance and trade union laws for 2,040 grassroots trade unions, including 15 classes in 9 units.
