Recently, the Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union has focused on directing grassroots trade unions (CDCS) to coordinate with employers to improve the quality of negotiation, signing and effectively implementing Collective Labor Agreements.
Accordingly, the Trade Union organized a dialogue at the workplace, participating in giving comments on the construction of salary scales and salary tables. Survey and grasp the ideological situation of union members and workers to propose and promptly resolve issues related to rights.
At the same time, arising issues in labor relations are coordinated to be completely handled, contributing to preventing collective work stoppages.
As a result, in the first 6 months of the year, the whole province had more than 1,000 grassroots trade unions in the administrative sector, public service units and more than 350 grassroots trade unions in the enterprise sector coordinating with employers to promulgate and implement grassroots democracy regulations (reaching 108% of the target assigned by the General Confederation).
442 agencies and units organized conferences for cadres, civil servants and public employees; 342 enterprises and cooperatives organized conferences for workers (reaching 100% of the plan); 308 grassroots trade unions organized dialogues at the workplace; 750 units and enterprises organized periodic health check-ups for 37,014 union members and workers.
In the first 6 months of 2025, 6 new Collective Labor Agreements were signed; 14 grassroots trade unions coordinated to amend, supplement, and re-sign the agreement.
12 direct superior trade unions have signed 30 union member welfare programs, creating conditions for more than 27,960 union members to enjoy preferential services with a benefit of VND6.85 billion.
