On July 3, the Trade Union of Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company announced that the company had just organized the 2025 Workers' Conference; and commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
At the conference, business leaders acknowledged the efforts and solidarity of the company's staff and employees in overcoming difficulties to complete the goals and tasks assigned by superiors.
At the same time, it is recommended that in 2025 and the following years, the company should take workers as the center of emulation movements; restructure production and business sectors, optimize resources to improve land use efficiency; enhance digital transformation in management and operation activities; continue to strive for rapid and sustainable development...
On this occasion, Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company launched an emulation movement and passed a resolution of the 2025 Labor Conference. In addition, 87 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were commended and rewarded by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union and the organizing unit.
