The X03 Department Trade Union (People's Public Security Trade Union) currently has 21 union members, operating in 2 union groups. Of which, 11 comrades are professional officers (accounting for 52.3%), 10 comrades are contract workers (accounting for 47.7%); female union members: 6 comrades (accounting for 28.5%).
With the attention of the Party Committee, the leadership of the Department, the coordination of sponsorship from enterprises and the policy agreement to assign work to the X03 grassroots Trade Union, from 2023, the X03 Trade Union decided to take care of Sai Gia Huy, a student at Xa Dan Primary School (Hanoi City) - the child of union member Sai Thi Anh Tuyet - an officer of the General Department. X03 has received support for the child from now until the child is 18 years old through monthly allowances for the child of 500,000 VND/month.
Every year, on the occasion of the new school year and holidays, the X03 Trade Union will call for more sponsors and allocate part of the operating budget to accompany their children to step up their dreams and ambitions to become useful citizens for society. Accordingly, Huy will receive additional gifts at the beginning of the school year, cash of 1,000,000 VND; Tet gifts including birthday gifts and gift packages worth 500,000 VND.
In addition, the Trade Union of Department X03 also supports union members in difficult circumstances and those far away from home with Tet train tickets (average each ticket from 500,000 - 1,000,000 VND); buy non-life insurance worth 2,000,000 VND/comrade.
In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union of Department X03 also ensures activities to care for union members, promptly visit union members who are sick or have serious illnesses. The total amount of difficulty allowance according to regulations from 2023 to present is 30,000,000 VND.
